Coming from three generations of a family in fish and chips I have a lot to live upto. There’s a lot to be done. There will be a small makeover over the next month and the signs will go up for Nik's signature fish and chips. Please be patient with us our standards in service and food will only continue to improve.

Following on from over 50 years of loved recipes from my grandfather, we will continue to provide the best fish and chips possible here in Belper.
We promise to use only the highest quality ingredients that are locally sourced where possible.
We're supporting our environment by using fully recyclable packaging and recycling all waste where possible.
Committed to using fish from sustainable sources where we have ourselves researched/ identified boats that are operating under ethical guidelines. We endeavour to use local produce where possible.
Nik's Signature is committed to providing high quality non processed food with no nasty stuff added. We are proud of our family heritage and we will always strive to serve Belper the quality it deserves.
